Terry Fischer

Terry is President and co-owner of Esch Insurance Agency, Inc. Terry has been with Esch Insurance Agency since 1994 and prior to that he investigated insurance fraud. Terry specializes in the areas of personal, business, life, and health insurance. Terry is actively involved with the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life, Farmer's Appreciation Day, a board member of the Dodgeville Optimists, and a board member of his local church.

Sandy (Esch) Fischer

Sandy is co-owner and Marketing Director of Esch Insurance Agency, Inc.  Sandy joined Esch Insurance in February 2007.  Prior to joining the agency, she served as marketing manager for Wegner LLP, CPAs & Consultants for nearly 6 years.  She comes to the agency with over 15 years of experience in the area of marketing and is very familiar with Esch Insurance as it has been in her family since 1959.  Sandy is a member of the Mt. Horeb Optimist Club, participates on the membership committee for the Dodgeville Area Chamber of Commerce, and the marketing committee for the Mt. Horeb Area Chamber of Commerce.

Larry Myers

Larry is an agent and former owner of Esch Insurance Agency. Larry began his insurance career in 1976 and has been with Esch Insurance since 1977. Larry's primary focus is with business and farm insurance. Larry is actively involved in the community as a member of his church, the American Legion and the Masons.

Shelly Stepanek

Shelly joined Esch Insurance Agency in 1999 as a claims and customer service representative. She is now a licensed agent specializing in personal lines and received her CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation in August 2007. Shelly has over 25 years of experience in the area of customer service.

Mary Pluemer

Mary has been with Esch Insurance Agency, Inc. since 1999. Mary handles client billing inquiries and the bookkeeping for the agency in which she has over 15 years experience. Mary is an active member of her local church, a member of the Dodgeville Optimists, and a member of the Dodgeville Athletic Booster Club.

Robin Murphy

Robin joined Esch Insurance Agency in 2005. She received her insurance license in 2006 and specializes in assisting our clients with claims processing and questions. Prior to joining Esch Insurance, Robin was a Claims Specialist for a company in Madison.

Harry Hellen

Harry Hellen is an agent with Esch Insurance Agency and primarily focuses on farm insurance.  He has been with Esch Insurance since 2005. Harry is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Platteville with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. Harry also holds his Securities license and is a financial advisor for HH Financial Planning Group.  He is actively involved in the Dodgeville Area Scholarship Foundation, as well as the Dodgeville FFA Alumni Association.

Randy Littel

Randy is an agent with Esch Insurance Agency, Inc. He joined Esch Insurance in May 2008. Prior to joining the agency, he was with WPS Health Insurance for 21 years. Randy specializes in health, short and long term disability, dental, and life insurance. Randy also previously served as an alderman for the city of Monona.
